Default Brother's new PC build log *pics added*

I thought you guys might want to know that for my brother's birthday, we got him some computer parts to upgrade. Now, after a few setbacks, I have the system together outside the case. I'm looking for a new case. Right now it's priming at 2500Mhz. I'll post screen shots and update when I get home later tonight.

Here are the specs:
Opteron 146 (2.5Ghz at 1.35v so far) w/Lapped Big Typhoon**
DFI CFX-3200 DR
PowerColor x1900xt w/Zalman heat pipe cooler
Patriot RAM (2 x 512MB) 2-3-2-5 208.3 Mhz
WD 80GB SATA
SB Live!
DVD RW

Temps right now are 27/37 with the BT

**Aside about lapping the BT
So, when we were first starting the build, slydog and I were talking about how people lap their heatsinks by sanding them down with really fine sand paper to make them shiny and improve conductivity. So my brother says "I have some crappy sand paper in the garage," and we respond, "no that's probably not a good idea". Before we even notice, he runs down and gets 80 GRIT SANDPAPER and starts to sand the bottom of the BT. So then we were like "What are you DOING!?" After laughs and agonies, we rushed out to the stores and got the right sand paper. Then we had to lap it. But it turned out okay!

LOL - Lapping to the 'nth degree.

That Opteron should easily make 2.8 - 2.9GHz.

Yea, we primied it last night at 2.2 And i guess he bumped it up to 2.5 today. If ive learned anything its that the longer you take to find out your max overclock, the better it will be.

Well, he put down $400 of his own money. The x1900xt was between my mom and dad, and I bought the RAM (and an airsoft gun which was a surprise. It's an x-sniper for those who might like to know).
