I am still running a 165 and a 170 the 165 is CCBBE 06something. The 170 is LCBQE. I have one more 170 packed up in storage wicth I plan on using in a HTPC with a DFI mATX rs482 Infinity(good board for an ATI, overclocks great). The 165 will be put into something else. I love those chips but with summer heat being a constant 100+ where I am at I have to down colck them to 2.2ghz as air is not so good cooling in this weather and my kids being how destructive they are I am afraid of any liquids near my components. TO much unkown variables to trust. Only the LCBQE has good temps the others have hot running cores and barely do 2.9ghz. Both run in dual boot configs with 2gbs of DDR500. They still hold well against newer builds just not as well as before. Lower latencies help too.
I still have hope for AMD and their quads are really nice for decent budget builds and I really want to try out an HTPC with a 780g board and a HD4850, and the newest 9850BE Phenom.
