I'm still developing a theory around it and trying to make sense of it, but for the most part, I see people's chips crapping out around 45-60 increase in HTT off the default and at the default multiplier. Lowering the multiplie allows for more memory bus, but still the same or less overall clock speed. But then there's the outliers, the people getting really high, some even over 300FSB, but I've also noticed those are almost completely limited to Socket 939 chips hmmm
