In an AC circuit (when colour coding's possible) green is usually ground, white neutral, and black live. DC circuits are usually set up with black being ground and red positive. Not sure about DC circuits that run both positive and negative voltage as well as ground.

in a PSU, Black is GND, Green is PS_On.
The positive voltages are Orange (+3.3v), Red (+5v), Yellow (+12v),
while the negative voltages are White (-5v), and Blue (-12v).

This is good that I actually just remembered that, it was only a couple of chapters ago in my Networking class that we covered Power and voltages.
