ok, I have hit 2712.7mhz.
FSB at 226.0 and Vcore at 1.45v.

Systme stable. However as soon as I increase FSB by just 1 win wont load and simply reboots. Upped the vcore and BSOD!!

I thought it might be ram timings?? Can someone have a look at my CPUZ screen shots and if possible some suggestions??

Cheers

Could be a few things.... is your RAM locked with your FSB.... if it is, your RAM might need an increase in voltage.

NB/SB voltage?

I don't know much about the maximum VCore for AMD systems, but i know you can push 1.5 safely with intel based systems.

I have a gut feeling its your RAM.... check the volts and give it a 0.1-0.2 bump
