Get a little 40x10mm fan and zip-tie it on the heat-pipe by it, have it blowing on it...

no room video card is in the way.....I just tried to play GTA-VC that my lappy can run and i get to the main menu and everything goes crazy and then locks up with some crazy lines everywhere....this is starting to make me mad.

Maybe you can hang one in there somehow, it would help...I always take off the Nb,SB and volt. reg. off on a new board and replace the TIM with Ceraminique...It's good to straight-edge them and make sure they are flat.A lot of them are warped....I've never done one with a heat-pipe on it though, I don't know what you would have to do with it to keep it from leaking....

i just want to throw this thing out the window.....i build a pc and it craps out on me as soon as its built...i cant even game i try and poof...there might as well be a pop up that says "What the FU*K you thinking trying to game...get back the the desktop!!!"

I'm thinking it has something to do with the fact you have a case that has the MB in upside down right?

maybe the heat from the North Bridge travels up the pipe to the South Bridge, and since the SB has a smaller HS, it's hotter
