i wont be able to push it till mid janyary since i only have weak cpu cooling right now.. but the stepping i have wich is ccbyf 0627rpmw ... and has far as i know F3 opty run better.. 3.2 with f2 opty and with F3 prepare to have at least 3.4 with 10X and a board pushing at least 340fsb or 360 with a 9X multi... so ill get back on this thread when i can have better cooling and tons of cold air

Found this thread thanks to AmericanNightmare! Thought I'd pitch in some info about my opty!

(My 24/7 specs)
Dual Core AMD Opteron Processor 1216
Code Name : Santa Ana
Package : Socket AM2/940
Technology : 90nm
Core Voltage : 1.42v
Revision : JH-F2
Core Speed : 2.801.5GHz (stock = 2.4GHz)
Multiplier : 12x
Bus Speed : 233.5MHz
HT Link : 1167.5MHz

(My Benchmarking specs)
(non max but current stable OC)
Core Voltage : 1.58v
Core Speed : 3.049GHz
Multiplier : 12x
Bus Speed : 254.2MHz
HT Link : 1016.6MHz

I know I can get more out of her but I'm in the process of learning a whole new BIOS/Chipset and trying to figure out what options do and relate to what. So, the above OC is what I was able to pull off on a very short trial and error shot one night. Theres definitely room to improve! BTW, I paid roughly $80 USD shipped for my 1216 which makes it infinitely more affordable than any of the 5xxx & 6xxx series chips. Not only does it contain the full L2 cache of the 5200+, 5600+ 6000+ & 6400+ it can hold its own against the newer Brisbane cores!
