but to answer question start with 400-600 grit and work your way up to 2000 grit.

How do I find my stepping?

You can only find the stepping on the IHS of your CPU. In other words the metal on top of your CPU will have the stepping code.

no I havent and Im having problems getting my memory stable at this speed. people have suggested messing with subtimings but I have not been successful thus far. any ideas?

p.s. im really satisfied with the temps im getting now with h20!! look at those C's...lovely
