Question Over clock my Sempron 3000+

I recently got a Sempron 3000+ Barton Core that runs at 2gigz. I want to OC but have a stock heatsink and fan and My Mobo Bios wont OC it. What type of Heatsink/Fan and what Mobo would do the Job easily? Any suggestions?
