Try only using 2x512. Using 4 sticks is tough on the NB and will cause instability in your OC. Those Toledo's are tricky too. Was only able to get my 4200+ to 2.75Ghz at 1.4v

To clarify on TheCh3F response, four DIMM's can sometimes put more stress on the IMC (integrated memory controller) when overclocking which is why sometimes the blend test would fail almost instantly in Orthos. Some users have gotten away with running four sticks of memory and some haven't been so lucky.
Good luck

One thing no one has said so far must be said, I think, and that is: Just because someone's chip was able to get to 3.0GHz doesn't mean yours can (or will).
All we can do is see if it can.

What are your temps like? I know for me to hit 2750 I need 1.55+ volts, and at that point it really heats up even with my cooler. I can get it stable but I can't run it 24/7 comfortably. Also what is your NB voltage?
