Try bumping the NB to 1.5 or 1.6v to see if it helps with stability.

I'm running 260x10 at 1.45v. My chip is pretty bad.

try to run if you want 245x11 with 800ht 166memclock vcore 1.50vcore,over voltage +200,
nb@1.40 and sb enabled This is the most stable oc @2.6

It most likely will not be possible on a 4400+ The most ive seen was 2.9ghz
My opteron 165 "Toledo" It was a rebadged x2. it only did 2.9ghz

You can try going a little higher on the cpu voltage (1.55v-1.60v temporarily) to get it stable at 2.75ghz but if you need 1.5v to get to 2.6, I don't have much hope for you getting even 2.8 let alone 3.0ghz.

You won't get 3.0 ghz with that chip. I had one and 2.7 was the max and i've only ever seen one get to 2.9 on here...sorry mate it ain't gonna happen. fun to try tho
