hi,
i did what you said; now vcore is set to 1.45v on bios and cpu-z shows it as 1.47 and pcwizard shows as 1.49v.I removed 2 out of 4 rams and set them 2.1v in bios. ı run orthos first large ftt for rams and it run 30min and there were no problem then i run it as blend cpu and ram stress and there is no problem again. I just run til 6 min cause no much tişme here but before it was giving at 5 min 15 sec error. Now I will try with 4 mem again. I saw klnospcy also run 4gb ram and he is succesful by doing it at 3.5ghz something.
here is current cpu-z result

hey man,
really nice oc as it seems. can you send here your bios settings for having this like ht and ram, and also your your vcore volt and ram volt. I wanna try it. Sınce last nite i tried many combinations but what i gave above as my cpu id link it seems now most stable. Also I wanna ask you that you also run 4gb ram but mine gives erros on orthos. with 2 gb ram it is ok but after raising volt from 1.8 to 2.1 i didnt try 4 gb ram maybe the volt can be problem.
thank you...
sorry another thing is how you make 4gb ram run in xp pro? it is xp 64bit or 32bit? If i install xp instead of running vista ultimate 64bit ,it will be better for oc?
I think my questions will not end I see that you have black editon 6400+ and there will be difference mine and yours by making OC? if there is what is it?
thank you...

After I jumped to xp I made a new oc I gave 1.45 volt to cpu and 2.1 volt to ram. Core temp shows the temp is 43-45C and cpu temp is 37C My chipset never change between 81Cand 85C if I OC or not very intertesting...I ordered a new chipset fan from Akasa and hope it will keep it less than this. Gpu volt is same 46-49C and when loaded 59-60C. I dont know it is stabil or not. I will try orthos to see it. A question: if any of the hardware is problem, does this orthos give error?
http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=362752

ram 438 mhz i wonder if this is a good value or do i need to make it less than this 438mhz. I ask this cause after i change things i run Everest and i test it. ram read, write and other memory tests are like better when it is 350mhz something. How should i do ram settings?
Thankyou...

That''s a nice Overclock, Ram is faster=good. Man I sorta want one of these chips but I still gotta do 3.2 on my 4200 yet.

faster = good, not neccessarily. Faster = good IF you keep good timings. My ram running at 800 44412 is faster than my ram running at 900 55515. The hard part is to find that sweet spot where your ram lets you have your cake and eat it too.

As for your temps, what are you using to monitor them? Perhaps your app is a bit messed or something. Try something else.

normally when I get that error in Orthos it seems to deal with my RAM timings. The CPU very well maybe stable, but some of the timings or sub-timings on the RAM may need tweaking.

thank you guys,
these days , i will try to test different rams and a mobo to see which one is the problem. I will also send the mobo to service for testing for that temp moonitoring. I run different programs and they all shows this temp is around 81C-82C. Even like that I run orthos when it is all stock settingsand after 8 hours it stopped it self (this is wht i saw when I got home). Thank you for your comments.
