hey man,
so how we gonna find the true timing for rams? we gonna try all the possibilities or any other short way to find it? Indeed I agree your idea cause when I check the cpu and core temps it seems really ok.Even orthos doesnt work it I can use it. If I dont have the reseting problem even with stock settings I will directly check others but most probably I have something wrong with my mobo cause even I just start my c without doing anything the temp of NB around 80C. If i can handle that issue and still I have unstable I will check rams and others.
thank you.....

well unfortunately with RAM timings your stuck making "one" tweaking then reboot, make another and reboot. It can be a serious pain in the butt but well worth it. I have at times found stability when I didn't think it was there. Good luck!

I am sorry but English is not my mother language.I searcrhed for "tweaking" word but there is not any exact explanation for that. I guess what is it but I wanna be sure certainly what is it. Can any one tell me what is "tweak" definetely is it??? I mean the technically or whatever it is? I am sorry I follow the forum but the same time I wanna learne your daily language at the same time. I got an academic English when I am at the university but technical part is so different. Again and again I am really sorry for asking that but I hope you help me about it.
Thank you all for your helps.

oops...sorry about that. Tweaking basically means adjusting the settings, options and so on.

hi guys,
after trying to xp sp3 i backed to vista ultimate 64bit with a clean installation. I also downloaded the latest version Everest ultimate and now it shows my cpu 33C and this 80-90C gone away. I think the softwares read it wrong. Still PCwizard shows it as 90 but I trust my bios temps and this everest also.
Last nite I tried Amd Overdrive and i liked it as Catalyst. There is an auto clock and when i run it i realised that my rams bottleknecking my OC at the 3450 Mhz without touching any settings for ram and ht. I will also try to dicrease from 800mhz to 667 and i will try it again but what i see is I need a good ram cause my temps of vcore was about between 50C-55C and i think my arctic square on cpu will keep it like that for a longer OC.
I opened a new thread for "which ram to my system" as in AMD Memory section if you can share your advices there i will be also glad. My first ideal to reach the 4000 mhz with my 6400+ Black Editon. I think after changing somethings like my case and with a good air I will be doing it as stable as it can. It makes me so excited even by thinking. Almost I checked many part of my system and it seems like it can handle it. Now i am in a proccess to modify an old case i think in a month i can finish it. It is a server case and i wanna make it a really good air case. In case of reaching to 4Ghz I would like to hear your advices.

On the other hand, I plan to use 2 different PSU ;one of it is in my "system" and the other is coolermaster 380W. Cpu, motherboard and vga will be connected it and i plan to connect Dvd RW and all other electrical stuff like fans and others to the Coolermaster 380W. Is it possible? or What do you think about it? Can it be healthy in case of having more free power to my real important parts like Cpu,Mobo and vga?
Thank you.

what is the max ref clock on you board do you know?

if more that 245 use
245 x 14
vcore-1.425v
vdimm- 1.9v
HT Multi should be 4
and set your ram tieings to auto and 667mhz
this should give you (hopefully) a strong 3.4 ghz and if you like you can up the Refrence clock by increments of 5 till you hit 3.5 ...shouldn't take more than 255
