put ur ram into the 667mhz divider and see how it goes..

The AMD 5000 x2 should get way past a 3.0 GHZ if you do it in BIOS. Heck my 4400+ x2 got to 3.27 GHZ and its Stable

The HT on that MB should do near 1400 and remain stable.
Also, the SB may bet a bit voltage hungry at the 3G and higher speeds.

Ran Orthos two mins. It is very stable. and responsive. I love it, Thanks. you think I can get a higher oc? My temps are great I think. should I push the ram divider p to 800 and get the Fsb up? I think I gotta up the voltage tho.

you can TRY to leaving the mem at 800 but leavin it at default might bottleneck you due to the limits of the ram, so lowerin it to a lower divider will give you more headroom on the the OC, and memory bandwidth doesnt matter much in A64 platform's anyway. and 2 mins of orthos doesnt mean its stable! you need 8hrs+. lol

2mins is suicide stable. 8hrs would be rock solid stable, and in my book 2hrs is 'stable'.

indeed what coffejunky said 2mins is only suicide stable. and since everyones got they're own preferences of "stability" if you want you can go with the median of "4-6hrs", if you run it 4-6hrs error free then i guess youre great to go, but afterwards for a rocksolid satisfaction you might just wanna run it for 8hrs+

I shouldn't see why you cant go further. But first, write down all the stable settings in BIOS on a piece of paper, so if you have to reset CMOS you won't lose your stable settings .
