Default AMD Athlon 64x2 4600 2.4 and Asus M2A-MX

I'm planing on buying this cpu and this mobo.

Do you think this will make a decent rig???

I don't know anything about that mobo, but i've got a 4600+ brisbane (65nm) and I'd highly recommend it, especially if you're on a budget. I have mine on a Biostar TF720 Mobo, and right now i'm perfectly stable at 2.88GHz with every setting at the stock level (1.35vcore, 2.05vdimm, 12multi, 5x ht multi, and 240FSB), and on stock (ish) cooling.
