Well now im using it with 2GB of crappy 667MHz RAM so i don't need to push 2.2v though 1.8v RAM! I had to RMA otherset of 2GB OCZ Platnium RAM becasue one stick was DOA! Still waiting for a replacement! The 2GB of 800MHz i have is paired with 667Mhz so its at the slow speed and won't OC worth a crap!

My ram says "667" but checking the site its rated at 800 for 2.0v, it just automatically downclocks to 667 to be compatible with more motherboards.

I'm pretty sure it updates drivers for both cards. For example, when you uninstall the drivers (say to switch to different drivers) and reboot into Windows it will tell you it found new hardware for two different VGA adapters, but when you reinstall the drivers, if one had been updated and the other hadn't, you would still get a notification for installing drivers for the second VGA adapter, but you don't. You probably wouldn't get a pop-up notification from the NVCP telling you to enable SLI either. At least, that's how I perceive it.
