I was wondering if this table is accurate and if it means that I'm already clocked-out since my BIOS currently sets my FSB to 100MHz. (my processor should be the one right next to "15.0x")

as long as you can change your vcore and FSB settings in the bios, you can overclock.
now if you have a dell, hp, etc. computer i'm afraid your bios is locked and you can't do anything. if you can, up your settings little by little until you reach what is desired AND stable. and general rule is temps should not go much over 60c. over 70c is the danger zone (*thinks top gun* )

So in the table I linked to, the max system-bus of 200MHz means what?

every CPU or motherboard has a max FSB that it cannot go over, but every CPU/mobo will yield different results because every CPU/mobo is NOT exactly the same. if you had two 1800+'s, one would overclock better than the other. it all depends on how high of an FSB that mobo can take, and how much voltage the CPU can (safely) take while maintaining good temps. i've actually never heard of a rated "max system-bus" some motherboards will tell you what FSB's they accept at stock. like my P5N-D takes 1066, 1333, and 1600(o/c) ^hope that mess makes sense.

now that i think about it, mine ranges from 533 - 3000 (QDR), don't think i'll be limited lol.. EG, you are at 200mhz for FSB and your multi won't go higher than 15x?

I actually started playing with it more. Lowering the multi, increasing mem timing. It would never allow more than about 115MHz (I'm new, so that means an FSB of 230MHz right?). Anyway, I couldn't connect to the internet after a while at 115 (there's something I didn't expect) so now I've set it to 112 (224) so I guess that 200 cap was a little off.
__________________My mobo should work at an FSB of 200/266/333 MHz. You can see below that I need a lot of new hardware, but do you think the first thing I should upgrade is my processor? Thanks again.

there is no such thing
voltage=higher clock speed
