I'm ocing my sig right now, and was wondering if I should run 2 instances of orthos to tax all 4 cores, or if the program has problems doing that? Thanx

30 min to 1 hour for a quick test to check if you can overclock higher. If your good on temps and stability then step up and overclock MORE !!! If not... raise voltage 1 notch.
Once you are ready to make sure your good for the next 365 days and your happy with the speed.... then let it run for anywhere from 10-24 hours for major insurance.

You could always try OCCT as well, it automatically loads all 4 cores and some say it's a better program anyway.

Use small FFT's
Prime95 is sufficient enough. I would disagree and say its better....

Run p95 for atleast 6-7 hours.. if it fails then you know you've either hit your fsb wall or its time to up vcore
if it passes you know its time to push your oc further.. Remember after each overclock run memtest to see if ur ram is holding up, if not you need to up memory voltage.. and run p95 again
