b4 i ask about oc setting here are my comp spec

motherboard: asus crosshair (rev 1207)
cpu: amd athlon 64x2 6400+ black edit.
memory: corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C4DHX 4-4-4-12
psu: corsair 750 watt
hdd: 4x 1tb samsung spinpoint f1 1tb 2x wdc 500gb 5000aaks
case: coolermaster cosmos s
cooling: 2x front 12cm, 3x top 12cm, 1x back 12cm,1x inside 12cm, 1x 8cm motherboard fan (custom added), thermaltake bigwater 735
gfx: qleadtek winfast 8800gts 640mb

so now i wanna ask what are the best settings to oc this cpu with getting bsod or being at a high risk ?
