why not try bumping the voltage to 1.488v with that cooler it shouldn't get too much hotter than where it is right now.
what does the memory look like right now? oh and set your HTT to 5x. AM2's love having a higher HTT bus than the 939's did and tend to be a bit more stable when they're in the 1100-1200 range

well I ment more like what the ram timings look and what are the sticks rated for. try bumping up the voltage to 1.48v and up the HTT to 5x instead of the 4x you have right now, it should run more stable like that

CPU-Z reads the correct temp most of the time, where coretemp only reads the CPU-ID voltage or something (I set my base voltage to 1.3 it reads 1.3 even though I've added .2, set it to 1.25 and the same deal)
CPUZ is reading the correct voltage. but how much does the voltage change under load?
