Request: Mind if you could run a few game benchmarks like Crysis & lost coast with the OC'd status. i'd be really curious how it runs then.

I plan to run every benchmark I have listed at least once. I may not have time to run everyone of them three times as I did for the clock for clock comparison, but at least it will give everyone a general idea. I hope to do this all without restarting my machine to see how stable it really is, because this will take awhile.

HOLY CRAP. that chip scales VERY well imo when it comes to stock to 4ghz!

well, there you have it, the phenom x4 will do 4ghz stable (so far) on water.

now, I'm sure you can also get 4ghz stable on AIR as long as you have a good enough setup.

Thanks everyone!

I have been adding alot of overclocked results to the thread. I do not think that 4.0GHz is completely stable though as some of the tests (some of the ones with results not posted) would either crash my system while trying to run or the program would crash during the test.

Anyway, back to benching...
