hehe but thank you for all the help guys... without i would still be stuck trying to bump up the core clock like a moron :P

i did BSOD but i turned up the vcore a tad more and now it ran fine 10minutes on a stability test. i will push it a little more then run prime95 while i sleep [:

Eugh.. You give 15/16 year olds a bad name in some of your posts, but the rest are alright, lol.

In my experience, ATI drivers run better than nVidia drivers once they're installed, but can have problems installing, which has to be fixed by reinstalling OS/Removing everything to do with Video Card Drivers then reinstalling, but nVidia installs realtively fine but crashes sometimes in Vista.

um. sorry i cant satisfy an adult's need to talk to adults?
(btw, i have seen well over 10 review sites that prove your driver opinion wrong... ati has a serious piece of equipment that they still need to...."tame?" and the 4870 overpowers the gtx280 but the gtx280 still performs better)
