Thank you all guys. I've found out that it's one of my Memory modules. One of them is ok and pass the mem test. But when i swap them, my PC does not eaven post, and the GPU has a blinkin red led.
MY CPU temps where always OK 30idle 45 under load by Overclock 45- 55. The highest OC i had that was stable is 3.7Ghz.
Any way i am running my PC with no Problems just with one of my Dominator Modules.
Maybe i can return the set back to the shop and get a new one. I hope...
The memory was always running at standart speed, or underclocked(because i OC with the FSB : 800mhz memory FSB 214MHZ X15 or 16) the standart speed for my memory was 1066mhz.

Thank you all very much.

Corsair has a lifetime warranty on their memory, so if 1 is bad you can RMA it easy. I had to RMA my set because 1 of the modules went bad. If your set is a matched set, like mine is, then you should return both of the modules so you get another matched set. So you might need to go and get some ram to tie you over. My RMA took about a month, start to finish. Luckily I had another 4x512 of some hyper X around.
Good luck

My friend your problem isn't the CPU, the CPU is fine and not dying. Its your RAM

like they said use memtest to make shure. But sorry to say your RAM has gone south, so you need to RMA that or replace.

A BSOD DMI Pool error , is 100 percent always the RAM .. gl
