on a small overclock like mine, I have not seen any difference. I am running Windows 7 x64 and this coming off of Vista Ult. x64. I havent noticed a difference at all, and now I am seeing better temps on Win7 than I ever did on Vista. I have a feeling I will see better results when I decide to push this past 3.2
