so far, i'm loving my 940!
on lower than stock v's
  what i did was run it on lower v's on stock for a while (2-3 days) and then started oc'ing and got better results. it used to require me 1.4 for that, either that or i was doing something wrong  cruddy temps because of cnps9500. anyway, i'm really happy. once i save up enough for an s1283 and i fix up my antec 900, i bet i can get it to 3.8 easy.

Got my 940 last night
Started mine at 3.5, went to 3.7 before I had to go to bed. Only had 1 hour to play around.
Attemped 4.3 just for kicks... didn't work. I'll post the entire experience after trying a couple more nights..thinking I'm hitting wall from PSU or something. Just note I'm on water, at 3.7 I'm running close to 50 C on 3 cores running overnight....will bump to 4 for BOINC and let it run 100% all night long. The benchies it completely smokes my 9600 BE. Can't wait to run Vantage now.

But yes, LOVING the 940 I acquired for $168 brand new from Zipzoomfly. Shipping wasn't as quick as the Egg (no one is as quick!)
