i guess your looking to get something with a nvidia chipset since ati chipsets as far as my knowledge serves me, dont feature sli...

that is the only board available with a 900series chipset that features am3 but not ddr3... so i would say there is no solution for your search so far.

maybe also confront google some time

theres a load of ppl wanting that ddr3 sli board stuff, but the manufacturers are just to slow or such tid tads are goin on..

I just received an MSI GD70 and love it so far. I know it's Crossfire and not SLI, but hopefully this should give some insight into general brand happiness. I don't know much about OC'ing...I heard the Asus is best for that. The MSI looks fantastic though and has everything I could want. The big kicker for me was finding it open box for $130 on the egg.

Does all of those boards support SLI? I'm confused. So like every board nowadays support both SLI AND Crossfire?

No, For AMD it's only nForce boards. There are no SLi and DDR3 boards out right now. The nForce 980a as I stated above is what that'll be.

the only sli board i found on newegg that is close to your criteria will still run ddr2 ... as linked ^ up there ^... sli and am3 is just not a good choice for right now i guess.
my recommendation if you dont need the hype of a 955 get a 940 pocket the rest of the budget, get a load of ram more and buy a decent sli board for am2+ honestly i havent really felt that much difference in 940 / 955... but im not a overclocking fanatic, i usually run my cpus stock
