Good stuff, but not really "Roadmap" materials. Just a bunch of marketing info on a new release for a chip that won't ever be for sale :P

32nm vs 45nm means a higher transistor count per area.

a 32nm die of the same size as a 45nm chip would contain many more transistors than the 45nm, meaning the potential for higher performance. Say, Native 8 core processors.

it also means that they should have a lower heat output and lower power ratings. Possibly at least.

I wish they'd give some kind of information on if AM3 will have a six core processor added to the road map now that Istanbul is out but if those road maps are fully up to date I guess they don't plan on it.
