So apparently I was unstable at 3.5ghz@1.375v as the new cpu-z refused to validate my oc - despite having never crashed at those settings for several weeks of use.

Whatever.

Bumped up the vcore to 1.4v and all is well:

0904 BPMW and i think is was 0256 it didnt unlock tho not sure if i did it right changed acc to auto and 0% and just woulnt even post
