Ok, i disabled cpu tweak and auto xpress and put all the other things you listed on auto and from there i tried:
200mhz@19x with 1.55v
206mhz@18.5x with 1.55v
212mhz@18x with 1.55v

and no luck with any of them.

okay this may sound odd but drop the volts a little...

Edit: And the reason i say is that because its creating more heat then is necessary so its making it unstable i have found that this chip is really picky with the temps at certain clocks....

ok, i have tried every increment from 1.50v-1.55v at 200mhz and 19x multi with no luck.

i am now trying it with 206mhz and 18.5x multi with the ram on auto just to see what happens.

Okay just wondering but you are running 2 dimms of 2gb or 4 dimms of 1gb (ram)?

yup LOL, i still haven't got another yet to replace it... This damn thing has to go a little further... It is so damn stable at 3.7ghz with 1.5250v, and that is with 200mhz and 18.5x multi and everything else on auto minus the ram and ram voltage.

BTW, the highest temp that i have reached in any of these tests is 49*C, and that was only just for a sec and then it went back to 48.5 and stayed there until it blue screened... Could it be something possibly with occt and win7? all of the tests seem to fail right around the same spot.

i would say so i mean it is a beta if that means anything why dont you try it in XP are you dual booting? At least that way we can rule out the OS.. Then again you could of just reached the OC limit of that chip but thats just being negative so forget i said that...lol

Ok, i have spent all day on this thing and just tried it on xp 32bit also with no luck... I don't know what else to do... I wish i had more experience at this so i would know for sure if i have reached my chips limits or if there is anything else i could do or change to make it a little further. I am very dissapointed in this chip now, although it performs great at 3.7ghz, i am kinda of pissed it wont go further even with the temps not being a limiting factor. I could get 3.7ghz stable before i lapped it, so that, i guess, ended up being a huge waste of time and money. damn it, just damn it LOL
