Yeah a friend of mine lapped his as well and it didnt net him anything at all and he is maxed out @ 3.6ghz.....

This is interesting i have no idea why you cant get it stable at atleast 3.8ghz...I dont know man if your not too pissed to keep working on it i would just keep trying different combos till you get it... Maybe wait till winter to get the temps even lower or sit it on the AC..lol..let me do some pondering on this...


Edit: In the section of the Bios where it tells you if cool&quite is enable what do you have disabled or enabled in there?

What were you thinking of? and yeah in that first pic i would disable everything in there or at least thats what i did...

everything is set the way you said to set it (which is exactly the way i set everything for the 3.7ghz overclock, i just switched it back to 200mhz @ 18.5 multi and 1.5250v which is rock solid stable.

I was thinking of the thing in hardware monitor where you can set the fans or what ever to quiet, optimal, or performance and set the minimal fan speed for the alarm to go off on the cpu fan.
