Ok, i just took extreme measures and took the side of my case off and stuck my computer directly in front of my air conditioner and my temps never got over 37*C occt loaded and it still blue screened after about 8min, so now i know temps isn't the limiting factor LOL

From my experience I have noticed that to reach higher overclocks your NB has to be clocked higher too. Try raising the HT back to stock 1.8GHz, and then try raising your NB to 2.4GHz with a voltage of 1.3v. Also your vcore might be a tad too high.

I don't really understand the difference between #1 and #2 on my board, in amd overdrive, i have one that says NB vid, and one that says NB voltage. also, on the vcore, what do you recommend? Lastly, where it says Core/PCIe voltage, what is that for exactly? cpu or gpu? and does it make any difference with an overclock?

Try raising the processor-nb voltage from 1.25v to 1.3

Enable ACC in the bios and put it on auto and give it a try. Run prime95 for stability test. See which core gives up and then go to the bios and add +1 for that core in the ACC. Also enabling ACC may give you OCing stability in less voltage.
