Ok, i tried this, but this is also telling me that my bios is to old or not for this board... I know it is the right bios because its the one off of asus's website for my board and i have used this bios before... It is the 0703 bios.

Edit- could i be doing something wrong? I followed the instructions perfectly.

Hell yeah, i got it to work, an got down to 7min left on OCCT before blue screening, before i couldn't make it more than 5min into the beginning of the test, now i make it almost all the way through!!!

My settings to get this far was:
200mhz ref
19x multi
1.55v cpu vcore
12x ht multi
2.4 ht cpu/nb freq
1.25v cpu-nb

Temps were good as well, never even got to 51*C!!! So what shoud i try now to finish getting it stable? I'm sooo dang close, and now i know i can get there.
