Default 3.7ghz wall with AMD 940BE!!!HELP

I pushed to 3.8ghz from my super stable 3.7ghz and am having all kinds of trouble... I am doing all of the changes in the bios but am using amd overdrive to show you the settings... Anything that you would recommend me change to try to get this stable? I have tried 800mhz on the ram instead of the recommended 1066mhz also and still no luck... It gets through about 5min of occt and then either black screens/blue screens/or gets a core error on one of the cores.

Here is my current unstable settings...

I forgot to mention, my temps during occt tests never get above 50*C, so temps shouldn't be the problem.

Thanks in advance for your help.

You should able to get to 3.9 but you cant use that damn program just do it in the bios

I tried that Overdrive and had nothing but problems but in the bios im able to get 3.956ghz stable..see that almost 4ghz...

Any ways just try 1.55 or 1.5625 for 3.9ghz and go from there and seeings how we have pretty much the same setup you should be able to get more out of your chip just do it right and use bios...Just to reference im able to get 3.8ghz stable @ 1.525v....

Good luck man...

Edit: and you should be able to set your ram back to stock settings....

I do use the bios, I just hit a wall and used overdrive to show you guys my settings and see what you all recommended for me to do now??? I don't do any adjustments in overdrive, just use it as a reference.

I believe it is a myth higher oc can be achieved in 32 bit... Anyway you need MOAR VOLTS or trying up your FSB a bit.

it just makes me think that there may be other ways that i am missing or something to achieve a higher clock seeing as my temps are still under 50*C at full load.
