Keep in mind you have ways to go with this chip. Could reach 3ghz i bet if you tweek enough. Remember you could push as much as 1.55v on the vcore with that chip

You should also post your system specs in under "User CP" on the top of the page. For OCing, you need adequate cooling. You should get your cpu to 2.9 at least.
