Default First OC - AMD Phenom II X4 940BE
Hello, I am new here

I just bought AMD P II 940 Black Edition MB - Gigabyte 790x UD3P with Mugen 2.
Room temp is 20-30, in Antec P182.

Idle temp is 42-48, 100% load temp is 52.

I wanna oc my cpu, my first oc. I heard that here I can get the help I need.


I tried : Voltage 1.425 200 x 17 = 3400. I got BSOD immediately after I star OCCP [without even run a test].

Thats odd you should be able to get those clocks with stock volts....

Okay it would be better for all of us if you can please fill in your system specs..just go to userCP at the top of the pages, Then on your left you will see system info or something like that..

I reinstall the cpu with AC MX2
Idle : 40-41. Full 100% Load : 47-49.
is it fine ?
