NO BOTTLENECK. The system may be the culprit but the CPU is not. Endthegod was proven wrong many times. You guys need to research bottleneck. This CPU with a tuned system will not. It's a fact. This would be a user issue.. Too many processes running, unstable system, hard drive issue, ram issue.. ect......

And I remember someone with a AMD 6000+, and it was bottlenecking his 4870. So it will probably bottleneck it but I'm not sure if by a lot
I figured i was bottlenecking.... hehehehhe. no matter, Phenom II on the way soon.

for the love of god stop posting already

just for you ill post 3dmark proof, clean install for the duel core, same untouched os for the quadcore score, same clocks on my graphics cards

5000+ BE clocked at 3.2ghz
940 BE clocked at 3.33ghz

pretty big difference
LOL that comparison hold no warrant to what this thread is about but cool graph bro

Just upgrade your mobo cpu man a low end 550 and a low end mobo is like what under $200

But if you overclock that 5000+ i cant see it bottleneck a 4870 enough to trip over. I had a 5000+ BE and a 8800gts 512 and their was very little bottleneck at 3ghz and zero at 3.2.

Also this thread wins for the excessive use of the word bottleneck
