Question What Else Can I Do?

I've done some OC'ing with my new rig and I'm fairly new at it, so I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on what I can do next to speed up my system. Here's where it's at right now:

ASUS M4A78T-E Mobo, BIOS ver 1610

Phenom II x3 720 @3200mhz (200 x 16), original clock: 2800mhz
CPU core voltage: 1.35v
CPU-NB voltage: 1.25v

I was thinking about changing the NB frequency or the HyperTransport speed, but I looked all over and have no idea what the defaults are for my system, so I don't even know where to start with that.

Any suggestions?

Well, before Overclocking it some more, I highly recommend you getting an after-market cooler...

Yes, I have. The fourth core is stable. But I shut down every night, and this resets the unleashing mode in my bios (ASUS mobo). I would have to re-enable it manually every time I start up the machine.

I didn't feel like going through the hassle every morning, so I leave the extra core off unless I plan on gaming.

So far the stock cooler keeps it down to 35C idle and 42C under a load. But I am planning on getting a new cooler soon anyways.

well just put it into hibernation then instead of turning it off every night.

That's to bad. Like Chilly said, you probably need a better cooler to push it more.

That's good to hear, because if your planning to go 3.5GHz or higher, the stock cooler isn't going to do justice

I have tried putting it into sleep mode, but with the 4th core enabled it hangs trying to wake back up. I have to reboot just to get back into windows.

If I'm not mistaken, hibernation is a little different than sleep mode though. I think I will probably look into it and see if that helps.
