Stay wih 955. I am having a hard time acheiving same clocks with 965. I am stable at 3.97GHz with 955

I think you should go with 955 because getting a 965 does not guarantee you over 4GHz. 955 is probably better value for the money and you can hit 3.6GHz easily with very little increase in volts.

i was able to get a stable 24/7 clock at 3.6 with stock volts with prime95 on for 24hours+ np
__________________i was also able to get a stable 3.9ghz but my cooling is limited with my crappy zalman so to be safe i stay at 3.6 till my w/c set up is done then ill go for stable 24/7 4.0+ i was going to order my w/c set up soon but i decided to splurge on a 5870 cause my 8800gt is outdated and i can live with 3.6 for a while lol
