In your bios find cpu voltage or might say vcore take that off auto and set it manually to your cpu vid.

how do you know if the 4th core is stable when unlocked?

run prime 95 for 12 hours right or is there a shorter one?

reseated hs today, my core temps after running prime95 for 10 minutes = 35c. Cpu temps are between 42-45C, I think i've got a cooler cpu now lol and right now I am about to set the vcore to the defulat 1.325

got a new heatsink today, and wow temps decreased by alot. at idle just 3 cores up im at 21c

so in all reality, it doesnt matter if your cpu temps are high? its the core temp that matters right?
