Default Phenom II x3 720 BE temps

I was monitoring my load temps with HWmonitor and Speed fan, at 100% loads my temps are:

temp 1: 41C
temp 2: 52C
temp 3: 49C

core: 41C

now i've read max temp for the Phenom x3 720 BE are 73c. Also I have unlocked this cpu and I've had the 4 cores show up on cpuz, I reverted back just to be on the safe side and get an estimate on what my core temp will be once I go back to unlocked.

1. How are my temps doing good/bad? and should temp 2 be that high?

2. 73c is that the max temp for each cpu or the overall core temp?

3. Once I go back to 4 cores, what temps should I be expecting? I've got a cooler master hyper 212 plus heatsink/fan.

From what I've seen adding a 4th core can add 8-12C. Also, the 73C only applies to 3 cores. So when you unlock you DO have a Phenom II X4, and the 965/955/945's Temperature Threshold is 62C(According to AMD).

62c is the core threshold right? I see that tmpin0 is closest to the core temp, so I should monitor tmpin0 when I unlock this baby correct?

Reseatin, removing of the HSF and reapply thermal paste. A better temp montior is coretemp, IMO more accurate.

will do that later today, how do you reapply your thermal paste? I usually just put less than a pea size in the middle and put the heat sink on, i let the heat sink do the spreading.
