Alright, so today i had the challenge to strip my computer down and rebuild the bloody thing. I was told to put new thermal paste as it was getting very hot.

I did so, however after taking the Cup [that right?] out i accidentally dropped it when a raging stampede of bulls came charging through my house. My computer and house was fine however they bent my cup slightly

That CPU's a writeoff, man. Even if you could unbend all the pins the packaging itself has been flexed and I bet that's damaged some traces.

Rotten luck, but you might as well keychain it, sell the rest of your parts, and move on.

If this were an IDE hard drive, I'd say yes you can 'cus I've done it before though. So they're is ALWAYS pin bending hope!!!

I don't know...I think it'll be alright....

Have you tried turning the chip on the other side and having the bulls run over it again? That might reverse any perceived damage...but it looks alright to me...I don't know...
