Going to be posting some benchies later of games I have, OC results, etc. Also open to tips about OC'ing this thing. My quad doesn't like 1.45vcore AT ALL, so I'm hoping this chip can take a little more of a beating. It's a known unlockable chip even though I'm unable to do so. I'm hoping it OC's better than my x4. Then I can make a nice AM3 transition and at the same time, save money by selling my x4.
I'll be OC'ing a bit later after classes, so I hope all goes well. I'm excited for lower temps, too . So...tips, suggestions about OC'ing my newly acquired x3?

1.475 vcore seems to have 3.625 stable (201x18). Not finished perfecting the OC and determining the highest I'll get, but I can tell it will be definitely higher than my x4. If it benches better and games better, then does reg. apps the same, then I'll def. be selling my 940
.

Looks good, Is that core 43c max @ 1.475? Use realtemp and see what ya get? Also is your xiggy on a push/pull?

Well for most of the test that I saw, it stayed at 46C for max, but spiked up to 47C once and then 48C. It was just 43C at the current in that SS. I just have my Xiggy pushing air for now. Temps would be a little better, but I'm waiting for my custom bolt kit fro naf. Then I might think about doing Push/Pull.

I dind't want to make a new thread, since this one is about OC, as I am playing AION right now my load is around 10-20% and one of my CPUs are over 50 and the other two are 40-48, the pc has been on for about 12 hours. My concern is the CPU recording over 50C, my core is at 40C is there anything to be concerned about?
