Default OC...with nvidia control panel???? ugh what?

the control panel has a place for me to adjust the frequencies...but not the voltages...should i? this is the first time ive seen this board/proccessor combo be able to be adjusted?

apparently i can also do the memory.. this must be an nvidia based board.

I am not sure really. If it were me I would simply use RivaTuner. Well known, compatible and with fan control.
