Well loosen your ram timings if you can. Make sure its not the ram thats restricting you overclock. And if you do plan on getting a high stable overclock, i would not go above 60C during full load. But for me, it usually fails at around 55C when i overclock a windsor. BTW for 1.5V, 44C is kind of high, is that idle? If so you might want to consider reseating your hsf.

__________________And I already ordered a new cooler. And I see 3 different temperatures with 3 programs!!!! About 4-5 C difference.Should I set the ram to 400 mhz? And is there any change that I get BSOD for temperature?

heatsink fan (HSF). And temperatures will indeed result in instability. With higher temperatures, the resistance increases. For now set your ram speed to 333mhz. That would rule out that your ram would be inhibiting the OC.
So in summary, lower your ht link, lower your ram speed, possibly reseat your cooler. good luck, S1L3Nt

well...My ram works on 400 mhz for now...and I will try to change my HT from ntune(coz I cant find in inside AMI bios) and then I will raise the FSB...
__________________HT is now on 3x is that good? (630 Mhz) FSB=210. Crashed(total freeze) after 3 seconds in Orthos blent test. So its not the RAM And HT went back to 5x after the reboot

Sad to say, then you might be hitting the architectural speeds of you chip. Unless you can get the temps lower, your probably not gonna get anything higher. But keep at it, you can increase voltages such as the NBSB to try and stabilize the processor. But from past experience, that does little to none if your ram is running stable.
