So I recently purchased the below equipment, and wanted to know if anyone has the same Mobo/CPU and possibly RAM & HSF, and has successfully OC'd it (over 3.2), and also if anyone was able to unlock the L3.
Would also be interested in numbers reached with the stock HSF from the 620.

L3 unlock is hit or miss. On stock cooling you should be able to hit 3.25Ghz+ if you have adequate airflow in your case.

That zalman may be ok, but would be better if you lap it as i've owned several and they are NOT flat. That will help with the cooling if you are not interested in getting something better. Depending on the chip you could possibly get 3.3 L3 uummm...

No L3 for me.
250 x13.0 @ 1.31 vcore, HT Link and NB both at 2000Mhz, NB voltage @ 1.750. With DDR3 1600 you should be able to raise the base clock higher and be stable, I was limited by memory. I can actually run at a 333Mhz base clock, but if I raise the multiplier higher than 10.5 @ 1.45 vcore, I BSOD.

Here's the Athlon II X4 club...hopefully we'll get enough members to answer all these questions. I, unfortunately, don't have a motherboard to drop my processor in yet so I can't provide any specific answers. However, I can say that the L3 unlock is very hit or miss. There's 2 review sites that did unlock but I know one wasn't stable no matter what voltage they tried and the other got theirs stable with a bump in voltage and a guy over at XtremeSystems unlocked his L3 cache. Were you able to unlock your L3?
