Default Am I Doin This Right?

As u can see on SystemSpecs, nothing special there. But i still have some issues: my DDRAM Timings are: 6-2-2-2.5T, my processor works at 2.000 GHz (i still have old cooling system, a cooler from a Barton 1300+ and gets kinda hot - 62-64°C idle and 68-70°C load). can i get more out of my RAM? what timings should i go with? my MoBo lets me modiffy all kinds of stuff (ASUS A7N8X, from FSB, to multipplier, to voltage, to DDR-Timings, everything). the only problem is my knowledge about this things.

umm, I think the 6 goes at the end of those timings, if not, those timings are too freaking HIGH!
edit: Oh yeah, your temps are high bro, you should try buying a new Heatstink.

I don't know bro, your gonna have to spend some money, atleast some as5, it's like 7$ a tube and it'll drop your temps.

If you are trying to OC your memory a little, just up your FSB (200). This will also increase the speed of your processor.
As far as your memory timings, I would change them to 2.5-3-3-7.
This should allow your memory to OC a little easier, and you might have to up your VDimm voltage (memory) to 2.7

Yeah those timings are good, even if it's pc2700 RAM and not 3200 ... do what the guy above said and go for 2.5-3-3-7 and see what happens.
