At that clock, the chip crashed after about 3 seconds

I'm experiencing some problems to run the chip under cascade, it won't boot with nice memory timings @-60°C... I guess its prefered range is -25 to -35°C but my cascade is too cold for it...

Not a good time for this clock It was really difficult to control the temp in order to run the chip within -10°C to -30°C instead of <-60°C under my cascade

Super PI 1M

24.719 | 3414MHz @1.70V Cascade controled temp | BH5 @263MHz 1.5-2-2-0 @3.7V

StressCPU stable over 3.3GHz; it would scale over with a temp within -30°C to -20°C but it's really difficult to have an idle temp hotter than -45°C with my cascade.

What brand is your BH-5? I can't get mine to get over 255 with 1.5-2-2-2 timings with 3.5 vDIMM. But, then again, I've got 512mb modules...
