I think the most I have seen on air (without insane volts) is probably my 0602GPMW. The highest I have got it stable at is 3.19GHz with 1.50V.....but I am guessing that I could get a suicide shot of 3.4GHz+ with 1.6V.

I might actually try that! Is "suiciding" a risky business?
