Default CPU OC and Ping Climbs???

Not sure if this is where it goes so feel free to move the thread, but I have recently OC'd from 2.2 to 2.4 and have noticed my ping climb from 25 - 35 up to 90 - 100

Is this normal?

To my knowedge, it shouldnt make a difference. However, there are sooooo many ohter variables: what server, how many people, what time of day, how many people on your network, how many people using your provider, to name a few.

Yeah, it may have been the server, i was just supprised as it is the server I am normally on. There were only 3 of us and their pings were substantially lower than mine.

Just wanted to see if this was a typical with overclocking.
