Exclamation What's going on !!!??? Crazy instability

I have no idea what's going on. Memtest runs clean with no errors, and the Orthos CPU test is also flawless. But the Orthos Blend test starts beeping within seconds.

I reset the overclock I had, and it's no use. I still get random reboots specially whilst in games.

I have no idea what I can do about it ! And I'm leaning towards the ram. No matter what voltage I set, or the timings, I still get random reboots. I guess I need some HELP !

It sounds like a RAM issue to me as well. Have you tried swaping out the RAM with known good sticks?

It could be instability within the PSU. Unlikely but still possible.

I had a similar issue. It was my RAM, and it still is but I was able to fix it a little by changing some BIOS settings, as each stick was running at a different speed o_O (as well as different timings, and other issues)

Ram or PSU, i've had issues with antec before, but I'd suggest, setting auto onyour ram see if that helps, then after that replace the RAM with other good RAM, stuf from another case perhaps? After that try another PSU... Failing that... Call a PC mortician...

Well, as far as moving my case goes, I installed an X2 3600 today. But it's been like this for some time now.

And Corsair allready told me they'll be sending me some D9's, so I'll be happy to RMA.

Oh, and this PSU has been rock solid so far. The 36a's on the 12v rails havent budged a bit.

Another vote on the RAM being problematic. Have you tried putting a slower divider on the RAM to reduce the stress on it? What are your FSB, divider, and timings settings? Any CPU-Z screenies? Try the slower divider or perhaps maybe even trying one stick of RAM at a time if you don't have access to other sticks of RAM.

Ah... but what are the 5 & 3.3v lines doing? my Antec TP380 had good 12v & 3.3v rails, but because the 5v was cactus it rebooted, froze & generally was a real PITA, worth checking with a multimeter
